Spring Gully Stays booking conditions:

A deposit of 10% of fees payable within one week of booking, balance of 40% 30 days prior to arrival and remainder on arrival.

No refunds on deposits .

Group bookings:
One person to be responsible for the collection and payment of deposits and final payment, and to allocate tent accommodation.
All tents are shared accommodation, single accommodation may be available at a surcharge.

Spring Gully Stays is not responsible for any loss or damage to any person or property or cancellations due to road closures as a result of bad weather.
